Blue Hopi corn

Gorgeous blue ears grow on medium short stalks. Very early maturing and should be harvested early as the stalks do not stand well. The small round kernels are a flour type, mostly non denting. Very drought tolerant. Color changes from white to blue as it matures. Can be eaten young like sweet corn or makes excellent corn meal or masa when mature. Germination test Mar 2020 97%. approx. 100 seeds per oz.
